After 7 years of climbing the corporate ladder Kathy Flick resigned from her position as VP of Business Development for a National Voice Over IP Company headquartered Atlanta to start her own business. A former Division I Volleyball Player, High School Teacher and Varsity Volleyball Coach of The Year, Kathy knows all too well the meaning of hard work and dedication.

Kathy has always had a true love for “The Game” and is passionate about helping Today’s Youth follow their dreams.  She believes that every child should have the same opportunities in school, after school and at home.

After adopting 2 Fur Babies in the last 4 years and realizing the blessing they both have been to her and those around her, Kathy has also become a true dog lover.

Because of this ITSHERTEAM.com is committed to supporting Non-Profit Organizations and Charities with a focus on today's youth as well as animal rescue.
